Cancellation Policy
Please make everyone in your party aware of this policy
Because you are reserving space for which we have a limited capacity, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
*All cancellations or reduction of numbers made 48 hours in advance of your trip will receive a 90% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations or reductions made within 48 hrs of the scheduled trip.
*If fewer people show up on the trip date than reserved spots, NO REFUNDS OR ALLOWANCES WILL BE MADE. You will be held accountable for all reserved spots.
*Exceptions to our cancellation policy will be made at the sole discretion of Sun Country Raft Tours and only if we are able to refill your seats.
*Trips run rain or shine. You get more water for your money!
*Sun Country Raft Tours is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of tours due to weather condition, road hazards, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the tour to take place as scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we cannot be responsible for paying any expenses you may have incurred other than to refund monies due to you for tour price.
